
UoL ILCaMS Staff Wellbeing Yoga Session
Join us for FREE lunchtime beginner's hatha yoga at the University of Liverpool Sports and Fitness Centre, Yoga Studio. The class focuses on stretching, breathing and relaxation. Mats are available, but feel free to bring your own. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a drink along. Contact Liz at Elizabeth.Williams2@liverpool.ac.uk with any questions.
