With over two decades at the intersection of insights, marketing, and product strategy, Stephen has shaped growth for iconic brands like Nike and Columbia Sportswear, leading initiatives that turn deep consumer understanding into bold business results.
As a trusted Insight & Strategy Advisor and faculty member in the University of Oregon’s Sports Product Management program, Stephen empowers the next generation of industry leaders to think beyond the product focusing on why consumers buy, what they believe, and how brands can earn their loyalty in an ever-evolving landscape.

Prior to Arc’teryx, Renée held senior leadership roles at Nike, where she spent over a decade shaping product strategies across global categories. Her career spans pivotal roles in merchandising, general management, and global product creation, giving her a 360° view of what it takes to build products that resonate in the market and deliver long-term brand value.

With a career rooted in authentic storytelling, athlete-driven product creation, and global market strategy, Troy brings more than 20 years of experience across the sport, outdoor, and lifestyle industries.
Before joining Mountain Hardwear, Troy held impactful leadership roles at The North Face, Under Armour, Specialized Bicycles, and Zappos, where he helped build brand relevance through consumer-first thinking and omni-channel excellence. His approach is centered on blending cultural relevance with performance innovation, empowering teams to deliver products and stories that resonate across diverse communities.
