This taster class is ideal for anyone seeking relief and healing from chronic tension and pain, or just a burst of energy. It is suitable for flexible and inflexible bodies, and no knowledge of yoga is needed. Most of the class will be spent lying down, so all levels of fitness are welcome too.

The Free Your Spine approach is based on my trainings as a Critical Alignment Therapist and yoga teacher, together with fascia-focussed exercises, designed to safely and effectively release long-held tension.
These are all based on the same 4-stage process that you will have experienced in your body during the taster class. All classes and workshops are designed so that you can learn how to heal different areas in your own body, including for your lower back, upper back, hips, shoulders, neck, breath, core, and posture.
