- Movement for Mobility (Restore): UMA Mobility Moves designed to build core stability, enhance joint health, and restore fluid, resilient movement to your entire system.
- Embodied Meditation (Integrate): The workshop culminates in a deep, guided meditation to integrate the bodywork, connect deeper to your sacred vessel, and allow for deeper healing through stillness in the entire energy system (EE system).
