Unbecoming: A Story Told in Form & Fashion
Red Nightfall Dance Theatre presents a world premiere production where runway fashion meets narrative dance - a theatrical experience blending live music, projection design, and spoken word into something entirely new.
Set in the round with audience on all sides, Unbecoming follows three figures through moments of transformation, seduction, and choice. Models emerge in striking original designs. Dancers embody their inner journeys. The stage itself becomes a living canvas.
Featuring fashion by Robby Durand of EmmaSis Designs, live piano and cello by Finn Dickens and SoJo Gonzales, choreography by Artistic Director Dorothy O'Shea Overbey in collaboration with the dancers, and guest choreography by Alexa Capareda.

How to get to East Side Performing Arts

ESPA is located where Springdale and Airport meet, behind Austin Bouldering Project, Bambino, and East Side Paddle Club, just across the hall from Ground Floor Theatre. You can park (free) in the parking lot.
Enter the parking lot near Black Feather Vintage and drive around to the back of the building. Head up the stairs towards Ground Floor Theatre. Make a right and walk past Kore Kollective Pilates studio. We are next door to Kore Kollective at the end of the hall.
