
This is a 30 minute class on Thursdays from 4:15-4:45pm. All participants will need a completed waiver before participating,
Using elements of barre, yoga, pilates, dance and trampoline, girls will be lead through a fun-froward fitness experience! With an emphasis on empowerment and confidence, girls will experience the power of movement for mental health.
Class is led by certified fitness instructor, Anna.
Anna is a postive role model for young girls and her magnetic personality and joy of movement creates a powerful experience!
