"Should the Office of Management and Budget allow GSA to take NASA's SEWP program, or should OMB decide to keep the program under NASA's stewardship."

The presiding Judge for this event is the honorable Robert Burton former Deputy Administrator for the Office of Federal Procurement Policy.
