Transport Race: London
Grab your friends and prepare for a day exploring London's transport network, testing your route planning and observational skills while visiting a curated selection of stations and landmarks.
You'll have six hours to traverse the length and breadth of London's transport network gathering points as you go. Compete against yourself, or against other teams, or just come along for an adventure.
• Teams of friends puzzling over maps
• Clever route planning and last-minute decisions
• Exploring parts of London you might not usually visit
• A relaxed, social atmosphere
The “race” element is light-touch. Think friendly competition and pub quiz vibes rather than strict rules or serious pressure.
• Friends looking for a different kind of Saturday out
• Curious Londoners who enjoy puzzles and exploration
• Solo participants - we’ll match you into a team on the day
You don’t need to be a transport expert. If you can read the Tube map and enjoy problem-solving, you’ll fit right in.
• Most teams are 2-4 people
• Solo entrants can book a Matchmaker Single ticket and be teamed up
• A limited number of Helping Hand tickets are available to keep the event accessible
We want the Transport Race to be open to everyone and as such the race itself is fully accessible.
Helping Hand tickets are reserved for participants who would otherwise be unable to attend due to cost. Please only use this option if the standard ticket price would genuinely prevent you from taking part.
Places are limited.

2. Collect your ROUTE CARD and wait for the starting whistle
3. Collect BONUS POINTS throughout the day
4. Be back at the finishing point before the designated finishing time of 4:30PM

(*You can compete against others if you’d like, or just against yourself. The choice is yours!)
