
Join us for our Toddlers’ Yoga & Mindfulness Open Classes at Crimson Chambers Yoga Studio; a joyful & nurturing experience designed especially for little ones & their caregivers. These playful sessions introduce toddlers to yoga through movement, music, imagination, play & accessible mindfulness activities which support their natural curiosity, development & exercutive functioning.
It is a warm & welcoming space for children explore balance, coordination, play, storytelling, breathing & relaxation in ways which feel fun & engaging. Classes also help build confidence, emotional awareness & social connection while offering a beautiful nurturing moment for the children.
