A 5-Day Hybrid Programme showcasing Black Excellence and encouraging increased diversity within the Screen and Creative Industries.

Join us for the 5TH TNB XPO - an annual convention created by The New Black Film Collective (TNBFC) with past support from Warner Bros. Discovery, BFI, FDA, Film & TV Charity, ScreenSkills, Directors UK, BECTU and more. We are once again pleased to have Film London return as our Principal Partner. This landmark event showcases Black excellence and encourages increased diversity within the UK screen industries and internationally.

TNB XPO 2025 welcomed speakers such as Melanie Hoyes (Director of Inclusion - BFI), Rico Johnson-Sinclair (Training and Skills Director - Warner Bros. Discovery), and Marcus Ryder (CEO - Film and TV Charity), panels featuring FLAMIN Animation, Games London and JAMPRO, hosted a takeover from Film London and many more incredible sessions, pitches & screenings.

For TNB XPO 2026, we are excited to invite some of our returning inspiring speakers, as well as bring you new voices in the UK Screen and Creative Industries.

TNB XPO gives Black creatives and industry professionals a chance to exchange ideas, fill gaps in recruiting and develop a genuinely inclusive filmmaking ecosystem. Our vision is to help the wider industry become more diverse, resulting in box office success and social impact.

At TNB XPO you can meet talented Writers, Directors, Producers, Exhibitors, Distributors, Educators and Publicists that share your ambitions for an inclusive industry and connect with future collaborators. On the fifth day, we shall rise again with our Global family from around the world, exploring co-production opportunities from within our homeland through our Virtual TNB XPO 2026 Programme.

The Industry Daytime Programme is FREE for everyone so that there are no financial barriers to industry knowledge. We want participating in this event, in order to grow in your creative career, to be open to all.
