Time Out for Parents :The Teenage Years (York area only)

There is so much change happening when our children go through the teenage years, and it can be difficult to navigate the effects this has on the parent-child relationship.

These workshops are designed to give you hope that you can stay connected with your tween/teen, to help you understand their world, and to give you the tools to meet their emotional needs and open up those all important communication channels.

2 Saturday morning workshops 9.30am - 12.30pm
