Thriving Women in Business is an intentional, heart-centered gathering for women entrepreneurs & leaders who crave meaningful connection, shared wisdom, and space to grow, together.

This is not a pitch-fest or traditional networking event. It’s a guided experience designed to help you ground, connect authentically, and exchange insight and support with women who truly get it.

What to Expect

• Welcome & Connection – Learn who’s in the room and what each woman brings
• Grounding & Breathwork – Arrive fully, settle your nervous system, and open creative capacity
• Wisdom Circles (XCHANGE-style) – Small groups of 5–6 women sharing insights, challenges, and lived experience
• Group Ask & Give / Hot Seats – A few participants receive focused collective support from the room
• Closing Reflections & Invitation – Integrating insights and learning how to continue the conversation

After the gathering, those who wish are invited to join for an optional lunch at a local restaurant to deepen connections and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
