Offers a powerful, mindset-first intervention designed to move you beyond the familiar into new ways of seeing - and doing - work.

This highly experiential session uses a simple, research-backed tool to make invisible thinking patterns visible, helping participants uncover assumptions, broaden perspectives, and build shared understanding of how they approach change and collaboration.

The BX Experience works by revealing the hidden assumptions and mental models that drive how we make decisions and collaborate. Participants are guided through a structured challenge that requires them to work with incomplete information, negotiate meaning, and align around a shared outcome. As they do this, their thinking patterns and team behaviours become visible in real time — things like how they handle ambiguity, who leads, how information is shared, and where collaboration breaks down.

Participants will also be introduced to the WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM as a strengths-based lens to help them understand where they naturally thrive and how different competencies and ways of working can feel energising or draining.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Enhanced decision-making and problem-solving through clarity in assumptions and bottlenecks
  • Stronger intra- and inter-departmental collaboration, by surfacing and reframing unspoken mental models
  • Behavioural mindset shifts that drive adaptability and resilience in complexity
  • Greater psychological safety and mutual empathy, enabling constructive dialogue across levels and functions
  • Action-ready insights that can be applied immediately back on the job, supporting smoother integration post-restructure
  • Greater self-awareness and intentional contribution using the Workplace Big Five as a strengths-based lens

Who Should Attend:

Leaders, managers, and key contributors who are navigating or supporting organisational change and want to thrive — not just survive — through transformation. This workshop is also particularly valuable for organisations experiencing restructure, transformation, digitalisation, or shifts in strategy, where success depends on people making conscious choices about how they contribute, collaborate, and grow.

Course Fee: $680* per pax

* The WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM assessment and reports will be charged separately if required.
