This TX independent film executive produced by filmmaker Richard Linklater (DAZED AND CONFUSED, HIT MAN) boasts full period costumes and production design, stunts, pyrotechnics, period-accurate dildos, and flying old men.
A delightful mix of highbrow and low, this adaptation of the fourth oldest comedy known to mankind lovingly combines Chicago-style footnotes with stoner fart comedy. Called CLERKS in Ancient Greece, the film has offended and delighted audiences, causing rapturous guffaws and disgusted walkouts in equal measure.
The film has played to sold out shows across the US throughout 2025, and made its Houston debut at the Houston Cinema Arts Festival in November. Come for the film, stay for the hotties in togas at the Q and A (directors Jake Binstock and Parker Rouse hosted by Justice Tirapelli-Jamail of the Friends on Film Podcast).
