The Road To Pro is an exciting, high-energy series of events designed for ambitious young athletes (aged 8–21) and their parents. It’s a unique chance to connect directly with top-level professionals from across the elite sports world - those who live and breathe high performance and know exactly what it takes to succeed.

At each event, you’ll hear straight from the experts who shape the careers of tomorrow’s stars, from agents and coaches to sports psychologists and nutritionists. Learn what they do, what they look for, and how their roles can accelerate an athlete’s journey to the top. Whether you're aiming for a professional contract or just want to understand the pathway better, this is where insight becomes action.

This session features a dynamic panel of football insiders. You'll hear from ex and current players who came through the academy system; a sports psychologist; a football agent and a football financial adviser, all sharing real-world advice, lifting the lid on the industry, and answering your most important questions - for both parents and players.

Far from being just a talk, The Road To Pro is an interactive experience. You'll have the opportunity and be encouraged to ask questions, join the discussion, and walk away with clear, practical strategies for progress - whether you’re on day one of the journey or eyeing the next level.

Tickets are limited to just 100 per event and go fast; first-come, first-served. Each event runs for around 2 to 2.5 hours and, at just £30, offers incredible value (that’s only 20p a minute!) for insights you can begin to implement immediately.
