The Relationally Wise Leader & Discovering Relational Wisdom & Peacemaking
This half-day day seminar describes the relational challenges churches face today and describes how they can model and teach relational wisdom (biblical emotional intelligence), peacemaking and Christian mediation to inspire and equip their people to respond to life’s challenges in a way that strengthens relationships, reduces conflict, promotes reconciliation, builds unity, preserves marriages and reveals the transforming power of Jesus and His gospel.
Time: 6:30 PM -8:30 PM
This full-day seminar will provide an introduction to Relational Wisdom, which is a God-centered, biblically grounded, and gospel-driven form of emotional intelligence. Students will learn skills to reduce conflict, harness the power of emotions, build stronger relationships, and become a compelling witness for Christ.
We will cover a 3-hour introduction to Relational Wisdom (biblical emotional intelligence) and a 3-hour introduction to Relational Peacemaking (biblical conflict resolution). Lunch is included.

Instructor
Ken Sande is the founder of RW360. Trained as an engineer, lawyer, and mediator, Ken has conciliated hundreds of family, business, church, and legal conflicts. He is the author of numerous articles and books, including The Peacemaker, which has sold over 500,000 copies in twenty languages. He is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor and a Certified Relational Wisdom Conciliator, Coach and Instructor. He teaches internationally on conflict resolution and relational wisdom, which is an enhanced form of emotional intelligence that helps people “get upstream of conflict” by improving their ability to read and manage emotions in themselves and others. These resources are being used to strengthen relationships, promote teamwork and reduce and resolve conflict in churches, families, businesses, schools and military bases around the world.
