The Path to Enough: A Half Day Leadership Experience

In a world that tells women to do more, be more, and hold it all together, The Path to Enough for Courageous Leaders half-day workshop invites you to pause and reconnect with who you already are. Lead by The Restoration Project’s Brooke Fitzgerald, this experience creates space for courageous women in leadership to release unrealistic expectations and rediscover peace in their potential.

Through guided reflection, grounded conversation, and practical tools for daily life, participants will explore three stages of restored leadership:

1. Rebuild Connection – Know your gifts and reconnect with your inherent worth beyond titles, to-do lists, or others’ expectations.

2. Restore Intention – Learn to choose love over fear, curiosity over judgment, and presence over perfection.

3. Inspire Action – Walk away with sustainable practices and a renewed mindset

Together, we’ll address the quiet challenges so many women carry: the mom guilt, the blurred lines between work and life, the invisible labor of leading from behind the scenes, the self-doubt that whispers “you’re not ready yet.”
