The Little Giant Comics Old School Comic Show

I remember in the late '70's and early '80's, my father would take me to comic book shows in Philly. There was nothing but COMIC BOOKS & ARTISTS as far as the eye could see!! Nothing to get in the way of the thrill of the hunt! No movie stars, no wrestlers, no retired sports figures. These days shows have morphed into Pop Culture shows. They bring in voice actors, movie stars, cosplay parades, vendors selling Funko Pops and Plushies & knick-knack/patty-whacks. Personally, I prefer not to have to navigate through fake Legos and flea market fodder to get to my comic books! I just want to buy comic books and meet some great creators! Plus, it's high time that the ARTISTS & CREATORS get top billing!! After all, they are the ones that created the culture we love so much! This show is about them!! And the magic they create!!
