The group functions as a relational laboratory, where insight and emotional learning develop through both individual reflection and engagement with group process.
Group psychotherapy does not aim to produce immediate solutions or symptom removal. Rather, change tends to occur gradually, through ongoing participation in group process, reflection, and relational experience.
