First Course-
Salmon & Caviar- Smoked Salmon with hollandaise, Hackleback Sturgeon Caviar, cucumber & fresh dill on everything seasoned crackers
Second Course
Pizza Con Boquerones- marinated Spanish White Anchovies, soppressata, aged asiago & calabrian chili aioli on toasted rosemary focaccia
Third Course-
Cioppino- San Francisco style seafood stew in chipotle tomato saffron broth with Mussels, Clams, Shrimp & sourdough garlic bread
Fourth Course-
Tagliatelle Al Nero- squid ink tagliatelle with Calamari, pancetta & fresh herbs in white wine tomato sauce
Fifth Course-
Pistachio Cannoli- with pistachio creme & strawberry gele
