The Ember of Wisdom

The Ember of Wisdom is a ceremonial gathering centered around cacao, movement, sound, and fire medicine, guided by the teachings of the Medicine Wheel and the steady presence of the Bear.

Together, we will open with ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and deepen connection, then move into guided somatic movement and free-form dance to awaken the body’s innate intelligence. Sound healing and vibration will support the nervous system, helping integrate emotion, memory, and insight. Fire medicine weaves through the experience as both symbol and ally—representing warmth, transformation, and the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the surface.

This is not a performance and not a class. It is an embodied ritual space designed to help you listen inward, reconnect with your own inner knowing, and move what is ready to be released—gently, safely, and at your own pace.

No prior experience with cacao, dance, or ceremony is needed. Come as you are, curious and willing to feel. Lunch is included with ticket price.
