The Creative Release - Sound Bath, Reiki & Art session

This is not an art class! And no, you don't need to be 'artistic' or 'good at art' to attend.

This session is all about bringing you back to calm, stillness and connection with yourself. It's about removing the energetic blocks to the flow of your creative energy so that your soul can express itself freely.

Your facilitators:

Charlotte Simmons - Sound, Breathwork and Energy Healer

Charlotte Baqai - Reiki Master, International Artist, Children's Mindfulness Teacher

The session begins on the yoga mats with an hour of beautiful sound delivered by Charlotte S whilst Charlotte B comes around to perform Reiki individually.

Following this, you will go to the art tables and select the artistic mediums of your choice for your creative expression. There is no right or wrong here and you will not be given any artistic direction, only encouragement to trust what your soul is trying to communicate with you. Then, if you wish, Charlotte B can interpret the deeper meaning and message in your artwork once you have finished.
