You’re invited to an evening where western culture and southern warmth come together—part celebration, part revival. A night made for "Peaceblazers."
Peaceblazer (n.): Someone who leads with courage, steadiness, and compassion—lighting paths of peace wherever they go.
Join the City Ranch Inc. family as we honor 18 years of impact and the youth, families, veterans, and first responders who’ve found healing and confidence through horseback riding. City Ranch is more than a ranch—it’s a refuge where people rediscover peace one connection at a time.
This isn’t just a gala.
It’s a call to gather, recommit, and build the next chapter together.
We’re raising $3 million to restore and expand City Ranch—revitalizing core barns, classrooms, and herd spaces, upgrading essential equipment, and building a covered arena so no child ever misses the experience.
This gala isn’t just another event; it’s a chance to rewrite what’s possible for Baltimore, for our young people, and for the future of equine-assisted growth. With our own, Mayor Brandon Scott being a great representation of peace during such turbulent times, alongside Governor Wes Moore’s recent signage of the executive order, “establishing a new strategic plan for the state's horse industry,” we cannot help but feel this is divine timing.
“Maryland’s horse industry is a powerful symbol of the state’s heritage, agriculture, and economic vitality,” said Gov. Moore. “This strategic plan will bring together all facets of the equine community to ensure the industry continues to thrive for generations to come.”

With Governor Moore “formally establishing the Maryland Horse Industry Strategic Plan to guide the future of Maryland’s $2.9 billion equine sector. The initiative marks a historic step toward unifying the state’s diverse horse community under a single, coordinated vision for growth, sustainability, and collaboration.” (Winnick, 2025) It also serves as divine confirmation that the time to build City Ranch, Inc. is NOW!
