We all have sparks of the four main archetypes inside ourselves: Maiden | Mother | Witch/Enchantress| Crone
Spring Equinox marks the return of light and the beginning of the Maiden season.
The Maiden is the part of you that initiates.
The part that explores.
The part that says yes.
The part that remembers curiosity, play, and creative possibility.
Over time, that energy can go dormant.
Not lost — simply quiet.
This Spring Equinox, you are invited to gently reawaken her.
In this 2.5-hour guided experience, we will blend:
• Kundalini yoga practice (accessible and chair-friendly)
• Nervous system regulation through breathwork
• Sacred chanting and mantra
• Journal reflection
• Community ritual
• A grounding tea ceremony to close (Antique Russian Samovar)
Through intentional movement and sound, we soften fear in the body and restore a sense of internal safety — particularly in the Root (safety) and Sacral (creativity) energy centers.
When the body feels safe, creativity awakens.
When breath deepens, confidence returns.
When we chant together, self-consciousness softens.
Spring is the natural season of initiation.
It is the moment in the year when light and dark stand in balance.
It is the beginning of forward motion.
What better time to awaken the Maiden within?
You will:
• Experience a powerful Kundalini Kriya designed to release stored fear and sadness
• Engage in mantra chanting that strengthens your internal authority
• Explore guided journaling prompts
• Participate in a closing ritual where you reclaim one word you are ready to embody
• Share tea in a traditional Russian Samovar ceremony
No prior experience with Kundalini or chanting is necessary.
All practices may be modified to honor your body.
• More grounded
• More open
• More creative
• More at ease in your own expression
• Reconnected to possibility
This is not about fixing anything.
It is about remembering something.
