About the Workshop

Discover how to make the most of your mobile phone camera in this practical photography workshop with artists Mary Bourne and Lynne Strachan from Cabrach Reconnections.

We’ll head outdoors into the stunning winter landscape of The Cabrach to capture seasonal colours, textures, and light, before returning indoors to learn simple editing techniques using free apps that you can easily download.

This is a great opportunity to gain confidence in photography, improve your eye for composition, and pick up tips to make your photos really stand out—whether for personal keepsakes or sharing online.
