Description

Create a stunning meal with a beef tenderloin wrapped in pastry as your centerpiece. You'll create an impressive main course preceded by a simple, refreshing salad; a complementary side dish; and finish with a rich, traditional dessert. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a class of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.

  • Scottish Smoked Salmon on Tattie Scones (Griddled Potato Flatbread) 

  • Kohlrabi, Apple & Celery Salad with Capers & Tarragon

  • Beef Wellington (Filet of Beef with Mushrooms in Pastry) 

  • Pan-roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts 

  • Berry Fool

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
