The Black Legacy Experience

Are you unapologetically Black? Do you see code-switching as a handicap instead of an adaptability superpower? If you've answered YES to either of these questions, The Black Legacy Experience is where you want to be! The BLE is a F.U.B.U (For Us By Us) centric event specifically curated to celebrate and elevate Black culture through food, music, history, art, fashion, etc.

What To Expect:

Exceptional Eats (its ok to eat whatever/everything on the menu; we won't judge ... out loud 😁.

Exceptional Beats (the music will be knockin' and we know y'all can dance; don't hold the wall. But just in case you're in the 1% of Black folk who can't, gon' head a bust a move. C'mon we can all say it together ... "We laugh and we secretly judge" 😂)

Exceptional Drinks (you can po' up, just don't get tore up from the flo' up, becasue we ain't trying to clean up no throw up; Drink responsibly 😂)

Expectional Treats (we love you like a fat kid loves cake because we're family, satisfty that sweeth tooth; cavities sold seperately 😂)

In all seriousness, often times many of us are faced with the juxtaposition of doing to much and/or not doing enough (with work, social outings, etc.) We acknowledge that inner conflict, but encourage against it. We want all atendees show up Black and unapologetically themselves !
