Change often invites us to reorganise our inner world and redefine ourselves. Whether we choose the change or it comes unbidden, it can be a tender process. Even positive changes, like starting university or moving to a new country, can touch our hearts deeply.
Dedicated to witnessing the tender transformations that follow changes in life: This session provides a therapeutic arts-based, safe space for restoration and reconciliation.
During this session, expect to honour feelings of grief,
fear, awkwardness and confusion, while stepping into excitement and liberation as we reorientate ourselves in times of change. We will be engaging in:
