Building momentum from last year's inaugural summit! Impacting the culture of sports & mental health.

Attention Parents, Coaches & Athletes!

You don’t want to miss the Second Annual Mental Health Summit for the high school student athlete.

Highly sought after speakers, college athletes & coaches, mental health specialists and resources in one arena for student athletes (7th-12th), parents, coaches and youth sports directors!

SUMMIT EVENING SESSION!

The Athlete: Real Talk Rotations

Instead of traditional panels where only a few voices dominate the conversation, or long keynote sessions that limit interaction, we’ve intentionally designed an experience that prioritizes access, depth, and meaningful connection. At this year's Athlete Mental Health Summit, The Athlete: Real Talk Rotations cultivates learning through intimate, guided conversations, not just from a stage.

Participants will engage in small-group rotations with leading athletic professionals and individuals who have lived the journey of sport—college athletes, coaches, health and wellness specialists, and those with powerful stories of overcoming adversity. This format allows every attendee the opportunity to listen, ask questions, and engage directly, without having to compete for time or chase panelists down after a session.

The result is a more personal, impactful experience; one where insight is shared in real time, questions are welcomed, and inspiration feels attainable. This approach ensures that athletes, parents, and coaches leave with practical guidance, honest perspective, and a clearer understanding of building mental wellness capacity.

The Athlete: Real Talk Rotations is a a rotating, high-energy format with conversations focused on injury prevention, mental wellness, nutrition and physical health, building confidence and calculated risk-taking, overcoming adversity, and navigating the complex decisions today’s athletes and families face. Special attention will be given to the role of parents as partners in athlete development, including how to provide effective support while balancing expectations, autonomy, and wellbeing.
