This series invites you to explore the subtle landscapes of your inner world — your physical body, your emotional rhythms, and your energetic patterns — through the lens of the Five Elements: Water, Wood, Earth, Metal, and Fire.
Rather than pushing or optimizing, we focus on strengthening your internal foundation so you can move through life with resilience, steadiness, warmth, and clarity.
Each 2-hour session is dedicated to one element and designed as a restorative retreat for your body and mind.
Using the wisdom of the Five Elements as our map, we combine:
☕ Elemental Tea Ritual Mindfully savour a curated tea chosen to harmonise with the element of the day, while learning how it supports your internal balance.
🧘♀️ Yin Meridian Yoga A slow, grounding sequence designed to open the meridians associated with the element — creating structural and energetic space.
💆♀️ Deep Lymphatic Self-Massage Simple, guided techniques to mobilise stagnant fluid, support detox pathways, calm the nervous system, and enhance circulation.
Together, these practices create a complete cycle of cleansing, nourishing, and revitalising your inner terrain.
You’ll leave each session with practical tools you can continue using at home.
Each workshop is a stand-alone session, or you may join the full series for a deeper experience.
