What will class look like?
Great question! Each class is one hour in length and will mix bodyweight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, and steel mace movements to strengthen, stabilize, and shape your body. These classes are lead by a passionate instructor that will be there to ensure quality of movement, and motivate you to make the most of your training.
