
Our HYROX Simulation is a race-style fitness event designed to replicate the official HYROX format as closely as possible, giving athletes a true taste of race day in a competitive but supportive environment.
This simulation follows the standard HYROX workout structure, with all workout stations remaining the same, but with 500m runs instead of 1,000m runs between each station. This keeps the intensity high while making the event accessible and fast-paced.
