Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of yoga from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations AND an awesome yogi swag bag. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you wish. :) No rules.

12:00 - 12:25pm: Quick movement break! Grab a smoothie or juice and light lunch options for purchase to refuel, if you like! Hydrate, say hi to someone new nearby or just take a few moments to relax on your mat!

12:30 - 12:55pm: Soul Liberation Yoga Practice with Katherine of Ground Floor Yoga and Wellbeing

1:00 -1:25pm pm: Energizing Signature Power Flow with Fahrenheit Yoga Studio

1:30 -1:55pm: Replenishing Sound Bath with Berkeley of Berkeley Creative Company

2 pm: Event Closes. As you close your day of movement and connection, please remember your yoga mat, water bottle and anything else you brought or were gifted throughout the event!

The Beauty Boost is a community for women to feel healthy, empowered, and beautiful. We put in events throughout the year like socials, empowerment workshops, retreats, and fitness samplers.

This event is FREE for Year Pass Holders.

We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event activities.
