Synopsis

What would you do if you had the chance to meet once more with a loved one who has passed?

tan zit eh, wa… / the things I never got to say is an intimate portrait of a family navigating the passing of an elderly family member. With everyone burdened with their private sorrows and struggles, will they find the words they need when faced with the final goodbye?

This theatrical piece delves into the topic of death from various perspectives with a fantastical twist – wait…why is there a talking magical chicken?!

This piece will be in English, Mandarin and Hokkien dialect with open captions available in English and Mandarin for all shows.

Pre & Post Show Activities

1. Before the show, registration will open 30 minutes for pre-show activities.
2. After the show, there will be a 30-minute post-show dialogue will be conducted.
