Headtorches on, it's time for a magical evening on the trails!
Join us for a relaxed, social 10-mile(ish) Equinox run through the Welford countryside and along the canal paths - all under the early spring night sky.
This isn’t about pace or performance.
It’s about moving your body, feeling safe on the trails after dark, and getting outside with a group that actually feels welcoming. We hike the hills, jog the runnable bits, and keep things easy, supportive, and confidence-building.
Perfect if you're:
Everyone’s welcome - whether you’re experienced on trails or giving off-road running a go for the first time.

Pace
This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to comfortably run an average pace of 11 min/miles for prolonged periods of time on the trail, and have a suitable level of fitness.
Meet Your Guide
I’m Hollie Tidball, a trail runner, guide, and the heart behind Talking Trails. I’ve spent years exploring beautiful routes, taking on big challenges, and falling in love with the freedom of the trails.
I’m passionate about helping people feel confident, connected, and inspired outdoors. I love sharing stories, tips, and little nuggets of trail wisdom along the way and creating a space where everyone feels welcome.
When you join me on a run, you don’t need to worry about routes, navigation, pace, or getting lost. I take care of everything, so you can switch off, enjoy the views, move your body, and have fun.
