Our flagship workshop, Talking Teens, will give you:

This is not a lecture. Our expert facilitators create a supportive, interactive space with group discussions, activities, and real-life strategies you can use straight away. (And don’t worry—no role play!)

• The physical and emotional changes driving behaviour
• How feelings and behaviour are linked
• How to stop arguments from escalating
• Negotiation skills for tricky situations
