Sylvie Noble brings her newly formed contemporary jazz quintet to play her distinctive compositions, alongside reimagined repertoire from the jazz and folk worlds!

“Sylvie is on her own path, with lots of imagination and beautiful sound” - Norma Winstone

Based in London, vocalist and composer Sylvie Noble pulls from eclectic influences across the musical spectrum, combining jazz and folk to create an entirely unique sound. Her debut album ‘New Eve’, a voice and bass duo collaboration with 2024 BBC Young Jazz Musician winner Ursula Harrison, is due for release in spring 2026. A finalist of the 2025 Tina May Young Jazz Musician competition, she combines fluent and experimental improvisation with evocative and soulful melodies, pushing the boundaries of genre. She has worked alongside an array of brilliant musicians, such as Ant Law and Tom Ollendorff, and with influences such as Betty Carter, Joni Mitchell and Carla Bley, her sound is steeped in sensitive honesty and captivating storytelling.

“Nothing could have prepared me for the sheer magnificence of her vocalising” - Ian Mann, TheJazzMann
