Sunrise Beach Yoga was created to bring together a group of like minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the sunrise.

My name is Pedro and I love yoga and creating community! No prior yoga experience required, and all levels welcome! I look forward to guiding and practicing with you!

Sunrise Beach Yoga is held at Gulfstream Park 4489 N Ocean Blvd, Delray Beach, Fl 33483.

Class Details: Class will start at 6:30am! Class is 60 minutes long. No Prior yoga experience required. Class will be an all levels hatha-vinyasa style yoga class.

What To Expect: A beautiful unique yoga experience as the sun rises with a nice community of people.

What To Bring: A yoga mat or large sheet/blanket. The best set up is to place a large sheet or tapestry on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat.

Where We Will Meet: When you walk up the path from the parking lot you will see the group on the right. Easy to find.

Parking: Free in the lot

There is no fee $ for class. All Ages. All Levels. WELCOME.
