Programme: 30 minutes run with 3 pace groups (5:30 min/km, 6:30min/km, and 7:30min/km)

Registration: 7:15am

Bag drop is available but please pack light. Water will be available at the Cafe.
Please note that Sunday Shades trial pair is limited and is based on first-come-first-served basis.
