
If Sundays often come with a low hum of worry, restlessness, or that familiar feeling of “here we go again”, this session is for you.
This 60-minute experience is designed to help your body slow down, soften, and feel safe - without needing to talk, share, or do anything at all.
Experience a gentle guided yoga nidra or "yogic sleep" which is a guided meditation practiced lying down and involves body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation. This deeply restorative practice brings you to the edge of sleep, calming the nervous system, easing stress, and enhancing mental clarity.
We will then move into an extended sound healing immersion where you’ll be supported to release tension, calm an overactive mind, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness before Monday arrives.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about giving your nervous system what it’s been asking for - rest.
The guidance is soft, accessible, and beginner-friendly. No experience with yoga, meditation, or sound healing is needed.
Open to women and men, including young adults.
