🕯️ You will then be invited into the Sukha Zen Studio — a serene boutique wellbeing studio rooted in ritual, care, and presence, adorned with our newly curated luxury yoga equipment.🤍 Here, we gather in a women’s sharing circle (35–40 minutes), creating a supportive, confidential space where you can be heard, witnessed, and feel deeply connected.🌙 This also allows you to share your experiences and gain valuable tips from others on a similar journey.
🧘🏽♀️ You will then be guided through a 90-minute practice, thoughtfully incorporating a blend of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga poses.🌬️ Breathwork and meditation techniques are specially tailored to the workshop’s theme, offering support and nourishment during this transition phase.
📓 Journaling is also available, providing a space for meaningful reflection and self-enquiry.
