Suck It Up: A Beer Tasting... Through Snacks

We’re absolutely delighted to welcome back Sean Knight from Siren Craft Brew for a playful, flavour-packed evening of exploration.

Suck-It-Up is a series of amazing beers – some pulled from the Siren archives, others more recent releases – showcasing the creativity and evolution of one of the UK’s most exciting breweries.

Your ticket includes:

• A palate warmer plus five carefully selected Siren beers
• Loads of sweet and savoury snacks to play with
• The chance to meet the brewer himself and hear the stories behind the beers
• A guided journey through flavour, texture and pairing
• Q&A with Sean

But this isn’t a standard tasting.

Each beer will be paired with a selection of snacks designed to be “drunk through”.
Tim-Tam vs Penguin.
Chocolate or strawberry straws.
Sweet or savoury.

You decide which combinations truly work as you quite literally Suck-It-Up.

It’s a hands-on, sensory experience that invites curiosity. You’ll explore how texture, sweetness and aroma shift your perception of a beer. You’ll look back at older releases, discover how recipes evolve, and learn directly from the people who brewed them.

As always at Brewery Market, this is about flavour over volume. Smaller measures. Big character. Mindful drinking. Community around the table.

It’s fun. It’s educational. It’s slightly competitive. And there’s a lot to learn.
