Student Engagement Weekend

Student Engagement Weekend (STE Weekend) is a 3-day experience designed to connect students and alumni around career development, mentorship, leadership, and community impact.

Across the weekend you’ll:

• Build real connections with alumni in your field
• Learn how to launch and grow your career
• Find mentors (and become one)
• Explore leadership, succession planning, and community organizing
• Celebrate with a scholarship-focused Sunday brunch

Weekend Flow

• Friday, Jan 23 | 6–8 PM – Icebreaker Meet & Greet
  Casual mixer for students and alumni to connect and kick off the weekend.
• Saturday, Jan 24 | 9:30 AM–4:00 PM – Workshops
  Career development, mentorship (featuring Former State Representative Bobby DuBose), leadership and succession planning with alumni, and community organizing with Hon. Yvonne Hinson.
• Saturday, Jan 24 | 6–8 PM – Student–Alumni Network & Mingle
  Evening networking and deeper conversations based on the day’s sessions.
• Sunday, Jan 25 | Time TBA – Scholarship Brunch
  Celebrating student success and alumni support with continued networking
