
Strong Girl is excited to partner with BOXPARK Wembley to host a Wellness Week as part of their Health and Wellbeing Campaign this January. The week will feature a series of daily fitness classes designed to showcase the power of community, fitness, and wellness. These classes will provide an opportunity to engage with Strong Girl’s already-established community while welcoming new members to experience our inclusive and empowering approach to fitness.
1. Dynamic Warm-Up (5 mins): Activation moves like glute bridges, banded
side steps, and air squats
2. Strength Circuits (30 mins):
Circuit 1: Weighted squats, Bulgarian split squats, Romanian deadlifts (3 rounds)
Circuit 2: Hip thrusts, step-ups, and sumo squats (3 rounds)
3. Finisher (5 mins): Glute burnout using resistance bands
4. Cool Down (5 mins): Stretching targeting quads, hamstrings, and glutes
