The Billie will continue to celebrate the power of Black storytelling with the bi-annual "Black Narrative" theater series.

The series kicks off with the staged reading of Twelve Angry Black Women by writer, performance artist, and curator Andrea Ambam. In this powerful iteration, the United States of America is put on trial and its fate lies in the hands of an all-Black, all femme jury. Presented in partnership with Hi-ARTS and Level Forward.
