St Denys Boat Club Tour

Thank you for your interest in visiting St Denys Boat Club. We’re looking forward to showing you around and giving you a feel for what makes our community-run watersports club such a special place.

During your visit, you’ll:

• Take a short tour of our riverside site on the Itchen, including the slipway, pontoon, and fleet of club boats (kayaks, canoes, dinghies, and rowing boats).
• Learn how the club works as a volunteer-run, “boats-provided” organisation open to all levels of experience.
• See how members share skills, maintain the boats, and organise trips ranging from short paddles to coastal sailing adventures.

You’re very welcome to bring questions about membership or the types of activities you’d like to try.

If you like what you see and you would like to join the Boat Club, we will add you to the Boat Club waiting list. We expect to have a space for you in April.

What to bring:
Just dress for the weather and wear shoes you don’t mind getting a little damp — we’ll be outdoors on the pontoon and slipway.
