Calender...

Start spring with an evening of Yin Yoga and Crystal Sound —a calm and nurturing gift for your mind & body.

✨ spring Yin & Sound — Oundle 2026 ✨

After our cosy winter sessions, we are moving into spring where the nights are lighter and warmer! You're invited to Queen Victoria hall for another monthly evening of candlelit Yin and crystal sound where we'll move through a calming practice intended to help you reset & restore.

This 80-minute experience begins with one hour of Yin, inviting deep release, stillness, and a gentle return to yourself. We’ll move slowly, soften into each posture, and create space in both the body and the breath.

We then drift into 20 minutes of crystal sound, designed to soothe the mind and support full-body relaxation.

To add to the cosiness, herbal teas will be offered afterwards, giving you space to ground, connect and prepare for a good nights' rest.

This practice is perfect for all levels, including complete beginners.

✨ WHAT TO BRING ✨

Please bring the following:

  • A yoga mat
  • A blanket for warmth during the sound bath
  • A warm jumper or cosy layers
  • A bolster or firm cushions or yoga blocks ( helpful but optional)

✨ TICKETS ✨

STANDARD TICKET — £19.12 (including Eventrbite fee)

From January onwards.

Includes the full Yin + Sound experience and herbal tea afterwards.

⏰ Doors open at 19:30 & the practice will begin at 19:45- 21:15
