This Spring Equinox, you’re invited to a small, intimate day retreat focused on balance, reflection, and gentle new beginnings.
As light and dark meet, we’ll gather in a quiet, held circle to slow down, set intentions for the season ahead, and welcome new energy with care rather than urgency. The day is guided by simple, nature-inspired practices rooted in seasonal rhythms, with time for rest, creativity, and reflection.
Some elements of the retreat may take place outdoors if the weather allows, with indoor shelter available so the day feels comfortable and supported whatever the conditions.
This gathering is intentionally limited to just seven participants, allowing for a relaxed pace, depth, and personal attention. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.
If you’re looking for a slower, more intentional way to mark the shift into spring, this day is for you.
What’s Included
This is a 5/6-hour Spring Equinox day retreat held in a small, intimate group of up to seven people.
The day includes guided practices such as meditation, gentle movement, seasonal ritual, creative reflection, and a sound bath. There will be time for journalling, quiet rest, and shared reflection, with everything offered at a gentle, unhurried pace.
