Spring Equinox sunrise walk and breakfast

Join us on Sunday 22nd March to celebrate the Spring Equinox. The time of year when day and night are equal length, and we awaken to breathe in new life of the spring season.

We will gather at sunrise at the Secret Garden Café where Leah Sian Davies will lead us on a sensory walk, listening to birdsong and taking in the delights of Spring in Bute Park.

We will be planting seeds both physically and metaphorically for our inner and outer summer garden to come….

Our gathering will end back at the Secret Garden Café for a seasonal breakfast and hot drink. The breakfast will showcase the best of the Spring produce. It will nourish you and sing of the joys this time of year brings.

• This is a nurturing space, where we will take the time to slow down, notice, and listen as well as welcoming in the new energy of the season.
• Meet at secret garden café at 7am for our walk.It will be a gentle stroll, but do let us know if you have any walking difficulties.
• Wrap up warm. Early Spring mornings are still very fresh.
• Breakfast will be served at the cafe at 9am.Your breakfast will be veggie. Please let us know if you are vegan or have any food allergies.
• Please bring your reusable cup.
