Blowing those January cobwebs away, join Owen Morgan, co-founder of the award-winning Bar 44 Group and lifelong champion of Spanish gastronomy, for an intimate supper club celebrating the flavours and vibrance of the Spanish pantry.
In this special evening, Owen will reveal the ingredients that define Spain’s culinary landscape—from smoky pimentón and fragrant olive oils to sherry vinegars and tinned seafoods.
The night centres around a multi-course Spanish feast, featuring dishes inspired by the country’s diverse regions. Expect bold flavours, generous hospitality, and the kind of convivial atmosphere that defines a true Spanish mesa.
